Handling rapid and varied acquisitions
Dental IT was able to put in place a process to audit the sites for due diligence and planning purposes prior to acquisition. Once taken over, we could rapidly implement backup, "make safe" and security protocols to ensure the integrity of the data and ongoing stability of the IT infrastructure. We would then plan updates and overhauls to bring every practice's IT to the Dental Partners standard.
Implementing standards and setting benchmarks
Dental IT bring Dental Partners practices to their company standards, from the server to Active Directory and cloud services, the networking to the phone system and the broadband, whilst also recognising that every practice is different, and each presents different environments and challenges.
